Huawei officially introduces the Ascend Mate 7

The latest big smartphone from Huawei breaks cover in Berlin

Live in Berlin at its IFA 2014 press conference, Huawei has officially pulled the wraps off the much teased Ascend Mate 7. We've had some cryptic clues from Huawei as to what to expect from the Mate 7 leading up to the event. As with previous Mate devices we're looking here at another oversized smartphone, though the 7 in the name doesn't refer to the screen size, it's a 6-incher at 1080p.
