Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 range to launch September 15, pre-orders live today

Samsung's flagship line of tablets, the Galaxy Tab S2 will go up for pre-order this afternoon — September 8 — for a September 15 launch.

The Galaxy Tab S2 range builds on the premium specs first introduced on the Galaxy Tab S range last year. While plastic does adorn the back of the tablet, the entire tablet itself is encased in metal which does more for kind of money Samsung is asking for.

So in terms of specs then, of the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 and Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 models, both tablet sizes are similar in their underpinnings, save for measurements and battery. Shared between the two is an upgraded Exynos 5433 octa-core chip, 3GB of RAM and 32GB ...
