Huawei Watch and its stainless steel body shown off in official promo videos

Huawei's no stranger to the wearables market, having launched the TalkBand B1 in 2014, but the company will be making its first step into the world of Android Wear in the near future.

The official Huawei Device channel on YouTube has posted two promo videos for a device called the "Huawei Watch." The device runs Android Wear and has a sapphire glass front, a 42mm watch surface, stainless steel unibody case, and support for swappable bands. Huawei says that it'll offer straps made of different materials and designs for both men and women.

In a video that focuses on the design of the Huawei Watch, Huawei says that it wanted to create a "timeless design" for its smartwatch. And since most classic watches have round faces, Huawei chose a round face for its Watch.

We don't yet know many of the Huawei Watch's specs or availability details, but I expect those to be revealed in the coming days at MWC 2015. Looking at its design, the Huawei Watch looks like a nicely-designed Android Wear device that could be worth a look for folks that want a smartwatch that doesn't look like a smartwatch.

Based on what we know of it so far, what do you think of Huawei's first Android Wear device?
