This really shouldn't be much of a surprise at all as previous Galaxy Note unveilings happened roughly around the same time, every year and it looks like this year will be no different.
Korean news site ET News is reporting Samsung's next Galaxy Note flagship is set to be launched (undisclosed amount of counties, so it could be just South Korea) shortly after its reveal during IFA 2014 in Berlin.
The Note 3 ended up being released in Canada during the first week of October, which may sound a bit late to some considering it was a month after IFA 2013. This is exactly what Samsung wants to supposedly change when it comes time to release the phone.
Another theory is the fact that Apple's next iPhone is set to be announced in the same month with a relatively larger screen, something the Galaxy Note is quite used too.
Specs for the phone have been in flux for a while now, but it's safe to assume that the phone will come with a Snapdragon 805 SoC, 3 GB of RAM and a 5.7-inch QHD display.
