Verizon customers looking for a phone upgrade between now and the end of August may want to put the HTC One M9 at the top of their list.
Verizon and HTC are teaming up on a promotion that puts $100 of Google Play credit into your digital pocketbook if you buy the HTC One M9 between now and the end of August. HTC is also stressing the point that the One M9 comes with Uh Oh Protection at no extra charge. HTC device protection service allows One M9 owners to replace their device for free one time within the first 12 months of ownership due to water damage, a broken screen, or service provider change. Anyone who doesn't use Uh Oh Protection within 12 months of purchasing their phone is eligible for $100 off their next HTC One device.
It's no secret that the HTC One M9 camera is inferior to those on the Samsung Galaxy S6 and LG G4, but overall the One M9 is one of the best-built Android smartphones we've ever seen, and HTC's BoomSound front-facing speakers offer the best mobile media experience around.
If you pick up the HTC One M9 from Verizon, what will you spend your $100 Google Play credit on?
