Not too long ago, Samsung introduced the Galaxy S7 edge Injustice Edition, which features a Batman theme and tags along with the video game Injustice: Gods Among Us. Now Samsung is prepping another special edition phone.
The handset isn't official, but serial leaker Evan Blass has published promotional images for the upcoming handset that show what the Galaxy S7 edge Olympic Edition looks like. There are the familiar Olympic rings on the back case in a bright blue color, and that same blue color also highlights the rear camera housing and the flash.
On the front there's a distinct gold highlight over the earpiece as well as around the Home button. The Power button has a red color on it, too, while the volume keys are green. There's a lot of color here.
Other than those accents, it looks like a familiar Galaxy S7 edge.
At the time of publication, there's no word on pricing or release date. The Summer Olympics begin on August 5, though, so it would seem likely that Samsung plans on launching the handset sometime around that date.
