If the OnePlus 3's metal body, 6GB of RAM, or price tag convinced you to pull the trigger on OnePlus's latest flagship, you've now got a software update coming your way.
The OnePlus 3 is now being updated to OxygenOS 3.2.0. The update brings improved RAM management, a response to early user complaints about how the OnePlus 3 used its 6GB of RAM to keep apps running in memory. While OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei previously said that the way the OnePlus 3 managed RAM benefited battery life and user experience, but now it looks like OnePlus has now decided to tweak the OP3's RAM management in response to those users.
Also included in this update is an option to enable sRGB mode on the OnePlus 3's display, which you'll find in the developer settings. Other notable features of OxygenOS 3.2.0 include enhanced audio playback quality, updated custom icon packs, notification bug fixes, and the latest Google security patches.

This update is rolling out incrementally, which means that it may not show up on your OnePlus 3 right away. OnePlus expects the update to hit all OP3 units within 48 hours or so, though, so you shouldn't have to wait too long to see exactly how the OnePlus 3 performs with its new RAM management tweaks and sRGB display mode.
