Samsung Australia pre-orders go live today for April 11 release, priced at $929

Last night Samsung held a lavish gathering — as Samsung do best — for the Australian launch of the Galaxy S5 and their latest Gear range.

Announced locally for an April 11 release, those waiting eagerly may not be so pleased to know that's a full 10 days after the new HTC One M8′s local launch. Pricing for 'the Next Galaxy' kicks off at $929 and the device will be available on each of the major telcos.
