Nexus 7 (2013) Will Be Getting Android 6.0 Marshmallow

For those of who you own the Nexus 7 (2013) from ASUS and were wondering on whether or not it would receive the Android 6.0 update, you're in luck.

According to Artem (founder of Android Police) on G+, Google will not be forgetting Nexus 7 (2013) owners as they will be providing the Android 6.0 update when it comes out after the event. Although, the Nexus 4, which contains the same Snapdragon S4 Pro from the Nexus 7 (2013) and the older Nexus 7 (2012), is not slated to get updating at this time.

However, anything can change and worst comes to worst, you can always sideload the update by installing any 3rd party Marshmallow ROM of your choice.
