Nexus event could be held September 29 in San Francisco

CNet is reporting today that according to people familiar with the company's plans, Google will be holding this year's Nexus event on September 29 in San Francisco, where it will announce two Nexus devices.

As you might imagine, the two Nexus devices rumored to be launched are the new Nexus 5 by LG, and a larger Huawei Nexus device. The timing for the event makes sense, as Google has announced the last several Nexus devices around the same time of the year.

Leaks on both the LG and Huawei Nexus have been bountiful this year, so we're not expecting anything too surprising to come out of the event. Then again, who really knows what Google could have up its sleeve. Only time will tell.
