Various leaks and rumours of Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S7 flagship series suggested the company's plans to continue selling two phones; the Galaxy S7 and the S7 Edge with its curved Super AMOLED screen. Now it looks like we got our own late Christmas present.
Android Authority has shared the design schematics for the two phones and it confirms the Galaxy S7 having the same dimensions as the Galaxy S6. Furthermore, despite having the same dimensions, the Galaxy S7 will come with a 5.2-inch display. As for the Galaxy S7 Edge, it will be slightly bigger due to its 5.5-inch screen.
The phones are expected to come with either a Snapdragon 820 SoC or the new Exynos 8890, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage with microSD expansion (only Galaxy S7), and a 20MP rear camera with improved low light performance.
