Samsung isn't afraid of throwing incentives in with purchases, and for anyone that's been wanting to try out a Gear VR headset and just so happens to be in the market for a new smartphone, Samsung wants to help you out.
The Gear VR headset is now being offered as a free accessory for anyone that purchases a Samsung Galaxy smartphone. Samsung will also throw in a "VR content experience" (worth up to about $50 worth of content, apparently) for good measure. It's all part of a Father's Day sale, so time is limited, and Samsung says it's only available while supplies last.
If you're in the market for a new phone and you want to try a VR experience, you can buy the Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 edge, or the Galaxy Note 5.
