Nexus 6 And Nexus 9 LTE Android 7.0 Nougat Update Delayed

You know something's up when some of Google's own Nexus devices have their OS update delayed by several weeks.

For those that don't know, the Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 LTE still have not received the Android 7.0 Nougat update, whether it's an OTA or as a factory image.

Android Police has now received word from Google saying that the update should be rolling out to users "in the coming weeks". I presume there are still a couple device-specific bugs to fix but the company has yet to provide any sort of transparent communication on the matter. I won't be surprised if it goes directly to Android 7.1 when the new Pixel phones launch.
