Nokia's long awaited first come back flagship has finally made an appearance via a couple of legit-looking renders. Revealed by Venture Beat, the photos show the soon-to-be-announced phone in all of its glory. As you can see for yourselves, the design doesn't seem to stray far off from Nokia's and HMD's earlier models in 2017, the Nokia 6, Nokia 5 and Nokia 3. The Nokia 8 comes with a physical home button which embeds a fingerprint scanner. Unlike the phones mentioned above, it comes with high-end specs. The report says we should expect the device to come boasting 2560 x 1440 resolution (quite possibly mounted on a 5.3-inch display), a Snapdragon 835 processor, up to 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internals storage. We're also told the device should include a Zeiss-branded main dual 13-megapixel camera. No word on the selfie shooter just yet. The report goes on to mention the phone is likely to be released on July 31 with near-stock Android 7.1 Nougat onboard and a €600 price tag ($874 CAD). At the moment, we don't know whether the Nokia 8 will be launched on the North American continent, but we'll let you know as soon as we have more information on the topic. In Canada, customers are yet to be able to pick up the Nokia 6, Nokia 5 or Nokia 3. [Venture Beat] The post Nokia 8 with High-End Specs Smiles for the Camera appeared first on Android in Canada Blog.
