Motorola added some variety to their smartwatch line up this year by launching the Moto 360 2nd Gen in two different sizes. Well another variation of this years time piece will soon be available in Canada as Motorola announced that they will soon be offering the Motorola Moto 360 Sport to Canadians.
As the name suggests, this particular variation is more than just a time piece as it is designed to be your fitness companion as well. The silicone construction repels water and sweat and ventilation channels will help keep things cool. The watch also supports a variety of different health-centric apps such as Google Fit, MapMyRun®, Under Armour Record™, Strava, and Fitbit™.
In terms of pricing and availability, the Moto 360 Sport will be available in the new year and will start at $299 USD. Canadian pricing will likely fall in around $350 if I were to wager a guess. Once we have a firmer release date we'll be sure to pass it along.
