Xiaomi’s Mi Store will launch in US, UK, France, and Germany on June 1

After running a store beta test earlier this month, Xiaomi's Mi Store is nearly ready to exit beta.

Xiaomi says that its Mi Store will officially launch in the US, UK, France, and Germany on June 1/June 2. The store will open up on at 7:00 pm PDT/10:00 pm EDT on June 1 in the U.S. and at 1:00 pm CEST on June 2 in Europe.

As with its previous beta test, Xiaomi's Mi Store will only sell accessories, so you're going to have to keep waiting for that Xiaomi phone. The Mi Store will offer 5000mAh and 10400mAh Mi Power Banks for $9.99 and $13.99, respectively, a Mi Band for $14.99, and a pair of Mi Headphones for $79.99.

Lots of us in the US and Europe would love to get our hands on some Xiaomi smartphones, but for now we'll have to settle to consistently having access to Xiaomi's accessories. That's not a bad thing, though, because they all look nice and they're relatively affordable. Plus, Xiaomi can use this initial launch to establish itself in these markets and get its name out there, and hopefully that'll lead to more products being added in the future.
