Not so long ago, Google detailed some of the upcoming features we can expect to see Android O arrive with. The new Android version is scheduled to go public sometimes at the end of summer and will initially be offered on Google's Pixel and Nexus devices. What other phones will be getting the update? According to a new Tweet posted by OnePlus CEO, Pete Lau the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T will be getting the O. So if you were worried your phone wouldn't be receiving the update, now you have the confirmation that it will. In a few weeks, OnePlus is expected to launch its latest flagship the OnePlus 5. The phone will probably ship out with Android 7.0 Nougat (or 7.1) out of the box, so it will be first in line to get the Android O update. Then the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T will follow. The OnePlus 5 should arrive with a 5.5-inch display with fullHD resolution (or QHD in the best case scenario) and a brand new Snapdragon 835 processor under the hood. We're probably see 6GB and 8GB variants, with either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage onboard. We already know the phone will keep the 3.5 mm headphone jack and that the Chinese company has partnered up with DxOMark for an advanced camera.
