Instagram introduces Superzoom and Halloween features

With a loyal and growing user base, Instagram is a major player in social media. In the past year, the company has aimed itself to compete heavily with Snapchat, drawing even more users to Instagram Stories than are using Snap Stories. Part of Instagram's strategy is to frequently introduce new, quirky features. The latest to join the party is Superzoom, allowing users to tap record and automatically zoom in on a subject, with suspenseful music providing the backdrop. Superzoom draws heavily from the way that many users already use Snapchat and Instagram, but simplifies the process into a single tap, with no awkward thumb-zooming required. The feature should pair nicely with Instagram's other addition, which is an array of face filters and stickers that are designed in the spirit of Halloween. Until the holiday is over, users can easily transform themselves into zombies, vampires, and more. These new features are a part of the Instagram v20.0 update that is rolling out now.
