High Performance User Equipment (HPUE) has become an important feature for Sprint, and the wireless carrier has made sure to adopt it at a pretty high rate. Today Sprint officially announced that in 10 months' time, it's launched 10 different HPUE devices. For those who haven't kept tabs on HPUE, it is designed to extend Sprint's 2.5GHz coverage by up to 30 percent. That includes indoor coverage. And while all that is well and good, it takes adoption from the smartphone manufacturers for it to matter to the Sprint subscribers. That's why Sprint is happy to announce that so many worthwhile devices do indeed support HPUE. Here's the list, as confirmed by Sprint: - Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+
- Samsung Galaxy Note 8
- LG V30+
- LG X charge
- LG G6
- Motorola Z2 Force
- HTC U11
- Google Pixel 2
- ZTE Max XL
- ZTE Warp 8
HPUE is meant to make it so that Sprint customers with a supported device have a better network experience. Of course, the Now Network says that even more devices are coming down the pipe that support HPUE, but they aren't revealing any names just yet. Android Match
