Xiaomi is back at it again with a brand new device in its Redmi Note lineup, officially announcing the Redmi Note 4 for the Chinese market.
The Redmi Note 4 shares plenty of similarities with the Redmi Note 3 before it, as far as specifications are concerned, but the changes in design are probably going to catch quite a few eyes. As far as those specs go, the Redmi Note 4 boasts a deca-core Helio X20 processor under the hood and a 5.5-inch full HD 2.5D display.
The Redmi Note 4 boasts a 13-megapixel camera on the back, which features a f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, and dual-LED flash. The new handset also includes dual-SIM support thanks to a slot that can also be used for a single SIM and a microSD card, and a battery that measures in at 4100mAh.
There are two variants of the Redmi Note 4. One offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB of built-in storage for CNY 899 (about $135), and the other boasts 3GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage for CNY 1199 (around $180). Both variants will be available in China beginning Friday, August 26.
