Smartwatches might not be super popular with customers across the world, but the Samsung Gear S3 is certainly among the best sellers. The watch is currently available in two flavours – the Gear S3 Classic and the Gear S3 Frontier. Out of the two models only the late featured LTE connectivity onboard. Well not anymore, because Samsung has pushed out a new Gear S3 Classic model with LTE. Customers who will choose to purchase the new Gear S3 Classic model will be able to accept or reject calls just by rotating the watch bezels. This function is great for active people who often go out for a run and want to leave their smartphone at home. As for specs, they remain the same. The new Gear S3 classic comes with a 1.3-inch AMOLED display with 360 x 360-pixel resolution and an Exynos 7270 keeping the light on. It also has 768MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. Tizen OS will come pre-installed on the wearable. Samsung hasn't announced pricing, but we can speculate. Given that the current Gear S3 and Gear S3 classic are available for $466 CAD and the LTE-enabled Gear S3 Frontier costs $533 CAD, we expect the LTE-enabled Gear S3 Classic to cost around the same.
