It's been awhile since we've heard anything about the ZTE Axon 7, but that's changing today, and it's good news for folks that are rocking that device. ZTE has announced a new software update for the Axon 7. The update bumps the Axon 7 to build B35 and brings with it the December 2017 Android security patches, fixes for the Blueborne and KRACK vulnerabilities, and some other improvements and fixes. Here's what ZTE says is included with this Axon 7 update: - Google security patches through Dec 2017
- Hiya V6.3.3 for improved call blocker & protection
- Miscellaneous performance improvements and other fixes
Some newer security updates are good to see, especially when you rely on your smartphone for containing your personal data and staying connected to the world. ZTE expects this update to roll out over the next 48 hours, so if you've got an Axon 7, keep an eye out for it. Android Match
