This morning CommBank staged a gathering to announce a couple of new features they'll be adding next month to their existing CommBank app, along with a small business focused app.
An Australian-first, the CommBank app's upcoming update will see support for cardless cash, enabling users to access cash if they're out and about without using their card, or to allocate a cash amount to a family or friend to access at more than 3000 CommBank ATMs nationwide.
Cardless options have already seen releases by other banks in parts of the world, but until now Australia has been without.
