OnePlus One announced their flagship Android device last week, a highly anticipated device with some impressive hardware specs. The smartphone maker held an event in San Francisco today and Phandroid went hands-on with the new 5.5-inch smartphone and its 1080p HD display, shown off in the video below:
The OnePlus One unit used was running a custom version of CyanogenMod based on Android 4.4. The price of $300 is pretty aggressive for a device of this nature.
How much will the OnePlus One cost in Canada? The company told Canadians it will cost them $399 USD via their Facebook page.
Hello Canada! The OnePlus One will be available in your country (through our US site) for under 400USD!
But—you can also get one for $1 if you smash your existing smartphone, part of a clever marketing campaign. Anyone going to do this?!
