After launching the Turbo Charger (now the TurboPower 15 Wall Charger) wall plug-in last year, Motorola today doubled down on its Quick Charge 2.0 accessory support with another device.
The TurboPower 15 Car Charger is now available from Motorola's website for $29.99. In exchange for your hard-earned dollar bills, you'll get a USB-based car charger with a detachable microUSB cable and the ability to give devices up to 8 hours of battery life in 15 minutes. The device's standard output is 5V/1.67A (8W), while its TurboPower output is either 9V/1.67A (15W) or 12V/1.2A (15W).
The TurboPower 15 Car Charger supports any microUSB-compatible device, but you'll need a product that works with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 to get the full power of this charger. There are a lot of Android devices that support QC 2.0, including the Moto X (2nd Gen.), DROID Turbo, Nexus 6, HTC One M8 and M9, Galaxy Note 4, and LG G4.
If you'd like to get your phone a boost of power while in your vehicle, you can order a TurboPower 15 Car Charger at the Motorola link below.
