Despite the fact that the new Samsung Galaxy Note 9's display measures in at only 0.1 inches bigger than the Galaxy Note 8's, the new phablet doesn't quite fit in Samsung's most recent Gear VR headset. That's an issue for anyone who owns the Gear VR, likes to use it, and expected Samsung's newest phone to work with it. In an effort to smooth out the issues, Samsung has confirmed it will be providing an adapter at no additional charge to owners of the Galaxy Note 9 and the newest Gear VR headset (SM-R325) that will make the phone work with the headset. To get the adapter, you'll need to call 1-800-Samsung and have some important information at the ready to provide to the company. That includes the Gear VR's model and the serial number, which can be found on the side of the headset. The adapter and shipment is free, but be prepared to wait up to 10 business days for the adapter to arrive. Do you plan on giving Samsung a call to get your free adapter? Android Match
