Note Edge priced in UK, 15% more expensive than Note 4

UK retailer Clove has put the Galaxy Note Edge up for pre-order, and, unsurprisingly, the price tag is quite stingy.

Clove is offering the Note Edge for £650 including VAT, which is about 15 percent more than the "conventional" Note 4, which costs £575 at the same retailer. To be clear, this isn't the official recommended retail price from Samsung, but it's a good indicator of the difference between the Edge and the Note 4 that you should expect once the devices hit the shelves in your market.

Clove's listing is for the 32GB version of the Galaxy Edge, in Charcoal Black and Frost White. There is no shipping date, but knowing that Samsung only plans to launch the Edge in South Korea in late October, November-December seems like a probable release window.

Launched alongside the Note 4, the Note Edge features a plastic-based OLED display that wraps around the right edge of the phone, creating a "stripe" that can show things like notifications, playback controls, or shortcuts to your favorite apps. Spec-wise, the Edge is almost identical to the Note 4, with the obvious difference in screen size and a slightly smaller battery. Here's Josh's Note Edge impressions from IFA 2014:
