HTC's latest flagship design, the HTC U11 barely started shipping out to customers who ordered it and the producing company already has some good news to share with us regarding sales. According to a HTC exec, the U11 is selling a lot better than the HTC 10 and HTC One M9 before it. The company's president of smartphones and connected devices division, mister Chang Chia-lin revealed during a shareholder meeting that the HTC U11 is so popular in some markets that the company is having a hard time keeping up with demand. HTC has been going through a difficult period as of late. Back in February, the Taiwanese device maker posted profit losses for seven quarters in a row. And while HTC's other flagship this year, the U Ultra doesn't seem to have impressed customers all that much, the HTC U11 seems to be doing a lot better. The company hopes that by focusing on three, four smartphone products a year, its revenues will start increasing once again. Honestly we don't know see that happening, not anytime soon, but at least HTC appears to be hopeful. On top of that HTC will also pour time and resources in 5G. The company released the first 4G-capable phone and who knows it might repeat the same scenario in the future.
