The Nokia 6, which is manufactured by HMD Global, was first debuted back in January of this year. The handset originally debuted for the Chinese market, but there has always been expectation that it would arrive in the United States at some point. And sure enough, that arrival is right around the corner. Today, HMD Global and Nokia officially announced that the aluminum-bodied Nokia 6 will arrive in the U.S. this July. It'll be available via the Amazon digital storefront in both Matte Black and Silver, and it'll cost $229 when it does arrive. As a refresher, the Nokia 6 features 5.5-inch 1080p HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of built-in storage. It also features an 8-megapixel front-facing camera and a 16-megapixel camera on the back with an aperture of f/2.0. The Nokia 6 features a pair of amplifiers that makes the phone 6dB louder than a regular amp, too. Unfortunately, while HMD and Nokia are happy to announce the Nokia 6 is arriving in July, there's no specific date to circle on the calendar just yet. If you've been waiting for the smartphone to arrive, at least now you've got a window to look forward to. Are you picking one up? Android Match
