Have you been thinking about the OnePlus 5 ever since it was announced last week? Well then good news is that if you want one and missed out on the pre-orders, you can still get one because the company has opened up the sales for device worldwide. Canadian owners can purchase the 6GB/64GB version in State Gray for $649 CAD or 8GB/128GB model in Midnight Black for $719 CAD. The official OnePlus website notes you can expect the phone to ship out in 14 days. In case you've missed the official announcement, the OnePlus 5 arrives with a design quite reminiscent of the iPhone 7 Plus. The phone includes a 5.5-inch display with FullHD resolution and a Snapdragon 835 processor. One of the biggest upgrades this year is the dual-camera setup which includes a main 16-megapixel sensor with f/1.7 and dual LED and a secondary 20-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.6 aperture. The selfie camera is of 16-megapixel variety. This year the OnePlus 5 is sleeker and so it arrives with a 7.25 aluminum frame. Which explains why there's only a 3,300 mAh battery under the hood, when the OnePlus 3T relied on a 3,400 mAh one. Even so, OnePlus says we can expect the OnePlus 5 to have a 20% longer battery life than its predecessor.
