New renders of the upcoming Sony Xperia XZ1 have leaked, showing off Sony's future flagship. The device is rumored to launch with a 5.2-inch display, a Snapdragon 835 processor, a 19MP camera, and Android 8.0 Oreo. The new renders show off the same things we've seen before. The device retains Sony's regular aesthetic, including massive bezels, a side-mounted power button (that likely won't have a fingerprint sensor in the US), and a dedicated camera button. From what we can tell, Sony continues to create devices that are just slightly upgraded versions of the old ones, leading to what many would consider a stale and outdated design philosophy. However, minimal bezels are a big downside for others. Let us know what you think of the device in the comments! Sources: @rquandt, (2) Android Match
