AT&T today rolled out some changes to its prepaid plans, and they're all for the better. First up, AT&T has ditched its 6GB plan and replaced it with an 8GB plan. The regular price of the 8GB plan is a bit more than the 6GB plan — $50 vs $45 — but if you enroll in autopay, the 8GB plan will cost you the same $40 per month as the 6GB plan. This plan includes 8GB of high-speed data, unlimited talk and text to Mexico and Canada, and the ability to use your talk, text, and data in Mexico and Canada. Like AT&T's other prepaid plans, it also includes unlimited talk and text in the U.S. Also of note is that AT&T is making its $65 unlimited plan cheaper for those that enroll in autopay. Previously this plan would cost $60 per month with autopay, but now it'll cost $55 per month with autopay. This plan includes unlimited high-speed data but no mobile hotspot or HD video streaming. Finally, AT&T is improving its top-end unlimited plan. Pricing for this plan remains the same — $85 without autopay, $75 with it — but it now includes 10GB of mobile hotspot usage, up from 6GB. These new plans are now live on AT&T's website, so if any of them interest you, you should be able to sign up for 'em now. Android Match
