ZUK Edge includes slim bezels and Snapdragon 821

Earlier this year, the Lenovo-backed ZUK introduced a new flagship device in the Z2 Pro, and now the company is back with yet another high-end smartphone.

The ZUK Edge is now officially official. The device features a 5.5-inch 1080p HD display with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass design and 178-degree viewing angle. ZUK says the handset features an 86.4% screen-to-body ratio, with minimized bezels along the sides.

Fleshing out the handset, the Edge boasts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor under the hood, paired with either 4GB of 6GB of RAM. It has 64GB of built-in storage, a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a battery that measures in at 3100mAh. It also offers dual-SIM support, and there is a fingerprint sensor below the display.

On the back, the ZUK Edge features a 13MP camera with phase detection autofocus, f/2.2 aperture, and a standard flash. The front-facing camera is an 8MP shooter.

The variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage is priced at ¥2299 ($330 USD), while the 6GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage model is priced at ¥2499 ($360 USD). It is headed to China, but there's no word if it will ever launch in other markets.
