| Android 8.0 Oreo is nothing new by now. We're already on our second developer preview of Android P with the final release not too far off. Yet some devices are still getting updated to Oreo, while others may never see the OS. Luckily the Moto Z is not being abandoned yet. The unlocked US model is now being updated to what is for now the latest version of Android. This includes features like picture-in-picture, improved doze mode, notification dots, and more. It's a good update and is sure to make your older device feel a bit more fresh. Lenovo also claims various improvements and bug fixes, along with the March 1 security patch. You'd think that it could get a patch newer than two months old. Head to Settings > About phone > Software update to check for updates and let us know when you get it!
