| The BLU R1 HD was previously taken down from Amazon after a controversy over Chinese spyware being installed on many devices, including the R1 HD. BLU has updated the R1 HD to remove the spyware, and now Amazon has put the device up for sale once again. The 1GB+8GB model is $100 while the 2GB+16GB model is $110. If you don't mind ads, they go down to $50 and $60, respectively. If you still want a cheap device, the R1 HD is a decent option. But has the spyware situation scared you off from BLU devices?
