| Honor is a brand that caters towards younger, more tech savvy people with great devices at low prices, giving up marketing for lower prices. The brand is celebrating its three-year anniversary with a device announcement. Honor has announced the Honor Magic, a device that focuses more on software than hardware. It features a 5.09-inch 2560×1440 curved AMOLED display, a Kirin 950 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of memory, dual 12MP cameras, a 2900mAh battery, and a curved glass body with three of the four edges curved. While the hardware specs are good and the device looks great, the software is really where the device shines. It comes with tons of smart features, like unlocking when you pick the device up and look at it (and locking again when you put it down), facial recognition for security, Smart Display that will show you relevant info when needed, and more. It also features Huawei Magic Power, which is a quick charging solution that can charge the device to 70% in 20 minutes. There are a lot more smart features in this device courtesy of the Magic Live UI, many of which are catered to the Chinese market. Since this is a "concept" device that's going up for sale, it's not expected to be available outside of China. And with the concept styling comes a higher price of ¥3699, or about $532 USD.
