Hungry to know more about Samsung's upcoming beast, the Galaxy S8 flagship? Rumors detailing the potential specs of the premium phone have been abundantly available as of late. The latest tidbit comes out of Sam Mobile and reveals a couple of new aspects related to the Galaxy S8. The rumor mill has been saying Samsung will incorporate a fingerprint scanner under the Galaxy S8's display. However a new report claims the flagship's fingerprint scanner will actually live on the back. Apparently the phone will take advantage of an improved iris scanning technology in the vein of the Galaxy Note7. With the Galaxy S8 out, Samsung is said to be looking to launch the Samsung Pass service once more. If Samsung ends up putting the fingerprint scanner on the back of the device, the Galaxy S8 could end up looking a lot like the Google Pixel. The current report confirms once more that the phone will not carry a home button, something we've heard of before. At the moment, Samsung seems to be on track to unveil the Galaxy S8 during the MWC 2017 gathering in Barcelona in February. Over the next few months we expect Galaxy S8 leaks to intensify, as the new gadget is being readied for prime-time.
