Microsoft Edge browser now available on Android tablets

Last year, Microsoft's Edge left beta and broadened its availability for Android and iOS users. At the time, however, the mobile browser was only available for Android and iOS smartphones. That's changing today, as Microsoft has announced that the Edge browser is now available for both Android tablets and Apple's iPad.

Microsoft Edge for tablets is basically the same experience as it is on smartphones, just adapted to the bigger display. Users will still be able to save their passwords and use them within the Edge browser, either on mobile or on the desktop. There is a reading list and reading view, and users can choose between a light or a dark theme. The ability to "continue on a PC" is present for tablets, too, so you can keep browsing right on your computer if you want to make the switch.

Are you going to start using Microsoft's Edge browser on your tablet?
