Palm may not be around the same way it used to be, but TCL is bringing the brand back from the dead. Palm devices were discontinued back in 2011 (the pain is still fresh) and HP sold the company to TCL in 2015. Now we're finally about to see a comeback. Rumors say that a new Palm device will launch in the second half of 2018. The device will run Android (as webOS is owned by LG) and will be on Verizon. If BlackBerry's revival is anything to go by, the new Palm device will likely pay homage to the original Palm Pre line with a modern twist. Unfortunately, there's absolutely no info about the device so we'll have to wait and see what it's like. We really hope we'll find something to love in the company we used to know and love. We may be Android fans, but webOS holds a very special place in many of our hearts. Android Match
