You can now pre-order the LG V30S ThinQ

Back in February, the Life's Good crew debuted a variant of the V30, offering up a new handset that offers a few more features tied to artificial intelligence.

That handset is the LG V30S ThinQ, and while LG was ready to announce all of the specs and features, including the new QLens feature that can use the built-in camera to recognize places and objects using AI, the company wasn't quite prepared to announce anything regarding pricing or a release date. Well, now we have one of those questions answered.

B&H Photo has the V30S ThinQ up for pre-order right now, listed at $929.99 for the unlocked model. The online retailer has two options, a glossy Moroccan Blue and matte Moroccan Blue, with both offering the same specs but with a slight color difference.

Unfortunately, the retailer only says that the handset will begin shipping soon. It doesn't actually list a release date.

A quick refresher on specs: The V30S ThinQ offers a 6-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2880×1440, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, one 16MP rear camera and another 13MP rear camera, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of built-in storage. It is running Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box, and there is a 5MP front-facing camera for good measure.

The launch window for the V30S ThinQ is certainly an interesting one, considering the company is just one day away from announcing the LG G7 ThinQ. Between the two handsets, which one would you pick up?
